Tell Us What You Need

Share your lanyard requirements with us, including quantity, width, length, material, attachment, printing method, colors, and delivery date. Artwork and Pantone references can be provided if available.

You will receive:

  • Material & specification options

  • Estimated lead time and payment terms

Step 1

Review & Approve Your Design

Once the specifications are confirmed, our design team will prepare a digital proof based on your artwork, colors, dimensions, and accessories. We can make revisions until everything meets your requirements.

You will receive:

  • High-resolution digital proof

  • Product mockup for review

  • Final artwork confirmation

Step 2

Pay Deposit & Start Production

After approving the final proof, confirm your order and arrange the required deposit. Our production team will then schedule your order and begin manufacturing according to the approved specifications.

You will receive:

  • Proforma invoice

  • Payment instructions

  • Production schedule & confirmation

Step 3

Quality Control & Professional Packing

Every order goes through quality checks from material preparation to finished production. We inspect printing, stitching, accessories, dimensions, and overall appearance before packing.

You will receive:

  • Production photos upon request

  • Final QC & packing photos

  • Balance payment invoice

Step 4

Ship & Receive Your Order

Your finished lanyards are carefully packed and shipped according to your preferred method, including express, air freight, or sea freight. We provide tracking information and the shipping documents for smooth delivery.

You will receive:

  • Tracking number / AWB

  • Commercial invoice & packing list

  • Reorder records for future orders

Flexible Shipping Options

A full range of shipping incoterms to match your logistics plan. Whether you prefer factory pickup, port delivery or door-to-door service, we offer flexible shipping solutions for all order sizes.

EXW Guangzhou

Ex-Works — you arrange pickup at our factory. Cheapest but you handle everything.

FOB Shenzhen

We deliver to port, load on your vessel. You pay freight, insurance, destination customs, duties.

CIF (port)

We pay freight and insurance. You pay destination customs and duties.

DDP (door)

Delivered Duty Paid. We pay everything including destination duties. Most convenient.

Choosing the right shipping term?
For orders below $5,000, we typically suggest DDP for a straightforward landed cost, with import duties and taxes handled for you.
